Anna Jarocka (born 1987) draws, paints, solves design problems and works on film and television productions.
She managed to finish Architecture and Urbanism at an Art University while simultaneously trying to attend as many art, design and photography classes as possible. Although getting a degree made her parents very happy it only strenghtened her dislike of any form of enforced learning that accompanied her since high school. During her last semester she has started working in the film industry. In the years that followed it proved to be the right place where she could make the fullest use of her energy, imagination and constantly hungry and curious mind.
Before all that she has briefly studied Film Theory and Philosophy, coordinated a wide variety of cultural and design projects and occasionally volunteered at film and theatre festivals.
She lives, works and hoards books in Berlin.
